Terms of Service
Delivery
Regular service delivery is 5 working days for jobs up to 6000
words in size. Longer sized jobs or highly specialized ones, such
as technical or scientific translations, may take longer.
Express translations may be delivered within 2 working (up
to 40 pages) days and are priced 20-30% above regular ones.
Delivery is carried out electronically (email or download from this
site) but may also be requested via fax or saved on disk and delivered
by express courier with a surcharge of 4% of the total job cost.
Cancellations
Translations in progress will be invoiced for the value of the
work completed at the time of cancellation.
Interpreting jobs cancelled within 24 hours of the time requested
will result in an invoice for 2 hours of service. |
